The Reiss Dress Dupe – The Sadie dress by Reiss is one of my favourite new dresses that I’ve added to my SS20 wardrobe, with numerous DMs asking me about the fit and if it’s still available I was really pleased when I spotted a highstreet affordable dupe.
I did get my own dress at the bargain sale price of £70, the original price was £245 and I’m pleased to say there are a few sizes left online. So here’s the lowdown on the actual Reiss Sadie Dress.
I am typically size 12 in a dress, however I found this dress came up quite big, although the slip itself I would say is true to size. I purchased the size 8, so as you can see you can downsize one to two sizes, so by the fact they have size 4 and 6 available this could still work out for you if you are 8 or 10 potentially. Plus they have size 14, so again this could work for 16 or 18 – although either way you may have to use your own black slip.
But let me tell you about the dupe…. the highstreet dupe that I have spotted.
I was in Mango the other day and I genuinely thought I was walking up to the exact same dress, that I had to stop and think about where I got mine. I cannot tell you just how similar this dress is and after getting hands on with it, I felt the quality was pretty much on par.
I didn’t have the time to actually try on, but if you love love love this Reiss dress and you want something very similar that you can dress down for the office or dress up for say a wedding – I think this is one of the best dupes you’ll get! It’s £69.99!
And in my opinion, I think it actually looks more Spring-like than the one I have, with having more yellow and lilac in the mix and a little less black – both of these colours are really on trend for Spring, so it’s a tick, tick, tick from me.
