Sosandar Fit and Flare Dress is one of my most favourite for out-out! It’s a brand that I have worn for many years now and I really love their quality and fit. I think the brand is only available online, I’ve never seen them in store – to date I have had no issues with their services.
Why the Fit & Flare Dress?
I love how it has been cut, it seems to compliment most body shapes by the way it’s been designed. The light floaty material skims your body line and and I find the fabric doesn’t cling to any particular area.
As a heavier busty kind of woman, typically I would have to stay away from the high-neckline, but with the flattering slit at the front showing off a little flesh this breaks up the pattern across my chest.
The false waistband panelling is fab if you need to define your waist but subtle enough if typically you need to hide that area. The ruffles on the sleeves and on the hem of the skirt is what I think really makes this dress more flirty than frumpy.
This is the second Fit and Flare dress that I have owned from Sosandar and I have recommended it a few times to women who are looking for an affordable occasion-wear dress that would be suitable for other functions at a later date.
Size 6 to 20 available – I personally find the fit comes up bigger than my dress size, so I would recommend to size down one size.
The Fit and Flare Dress is usually at £69, but there are quite a few in the Sosandar sale at £34.50!

The one I am wearing
It is sadly not in the sale, I absolutely love red leopard print, I think it’s so sassy – especially for a night out for date night or girl’s night. This dress was gifted to me as part of an Instagram campaign for Sosandar back in Autumn 2019.
