Now that the summer is here, there is nothing more versatile than the summer dress; wear it shopping, lunching, in the park or for a walk with the dog. It’s a great way to keep cool on hot sticky days and they are also great to use as cover-ups on beaches, especially if your going for a spot of lunch.
Opt for a range of different size bags, types of shoes and jewellery – all in similar colours; this will give you lots of options to mix and match, so that you never have the same look twice. Although if you find a look that rocks, then make sure you use that one again!
Summer naturally brings colour, so have lots of fun. If you know your undertones of either warm or cool try then aim to have this as your foundation colour to enhance your natural colourings.
If you do choose a dress in multi-colour, then pick a few colours and try to get small cardies to wear with them, for those summer evenings at BBQ’s or alfresco dining – again this gives you lots of options to play with.
