Super boost your plain natural yogurt with some really healthy options, it makes it more interesting to eat and you’ll be giving your body nutritions that it may not be getting from your every day food.
- Organic natural yogurt
- 2-3 teaspoons of crushed nuts – you can use any, above has cashews and walnuts
- 2 teaspoons of Linwoods’ milled Flax, Sunflower, Pumpkin, Sesame seeds & Goji berries
- 1/2 a teaspoon of Bee Pollen (I purchased mine from Holland & Barrett)
- Handful of dried raisins, berries & cherries
Sprinkle, stir, eat & enjoy! x
