New Year’s Eve – I love it!
For me it’s about spending time with friends, celebrating the past year and welcoming in the next. For me it also about the outfit. I like to look good on New Year’s Eve – I think it because I want to start the year looking fabulous!
Now it’s not about buying something new (although it’s lovely to have the excuse!) But it’s about pampering yourself, getting your hair right, doing your nails, pulling together the right accessories…don’t forget “When accessorizing always take off the last thing you put on” as quoted by Coco Chanel.
Looking good, makes you feel great, feeling great makes you smile – when you smile everyone else around you smiles too! Now if you are unsure what you want to wear, I’ve checked out some lovely outfits for you, not forgetting the ones from The party season has started! earlier this month:
If you don’t fancy wearing a dress, why not try a jumpsuit – there are lots to choose from on the high street, here is one I really like from Wallis at £60
I’m loving this Sumba frill dress from Ted Baker although your budget may not like the price tag at £129
Here’s a fabulous little pink number from Dorothy Perkins at only £39
And for you Cougar ladies I have two lovely options:
Phase Eight has this fabulous dress Purnella which was £130 and now is £99
M&S has this classic lacy number with 3/4 sleeves at only £49.50
Have a fabulous time and Happy New Year!
All the best for 2012
