Summer styling with Ethereal London’s Rada Kimono Dress; featuring model & influencer, Zanne Lee with style blogger, Lizzi Richardson.
There are two things I love to write about on my blog; real-life styling and any item I have that I can wear anywhere! So let me start at the beginning…
My collaboration with the British brand Ethereal London continues; and as part of the SS21 Collection, I was invited to try the new Rada Kimono Dress, which is a new style of dress to the Ethereal Everyday Collection. The brand knows me well, as I like to work my wardrobe as hard as I can, to get good value, especially from my everyday pieces.
Zanne Lee is a fashion friend and co-hosts with me on our Fashion Fix Live every few weeks; Zanne too has built a relationship with Ethereal London and so naturally we want to support British design at every opportunity when we attend a fashion and style event.
At a recent Dior AW21 reveal at the fabulous Bicester Village Shopping Centre; Zanne wore Rada as a stylish day dress and later that evening I was heading out on date night with hubby to a local Japanese restaurant, and I knew days before, Rada would be the dress of the night!
She’s truly a day-to-night investment dress, with a lot of sass (day or night ;))
RADA KIMONO DRESS – THE DAY LOOK
The dark print of the the Rada print makes it really easy to adopt for a daytime chic look; simply add any style of flat shoe that will suit your day – be it sandals, pumps or sliders. Add a mini cross-body bag and team with a tote bag to give a more casual vibe to the overall look.
Consider dainty jewellery and don’t forget the dark sunglasses for the ultimate summery chic look
RADA KIMONO DRESS – THE DAY LOOK
To dial it up for the night, it’s all about the sparkle and metal for me. My colour choice is gold, but I feel Rada is versatile to adopt silver too.
Here the day look can easily be elevated to a sassy little number; by adding heels, a clutch bag and larger statement jewellery.
Rada Black Wrap Kimono Sleeve Dress
Rada is a knee length dress, with kimono style sleeve and a flattering pleated v-neckline which suits all bust sizes. The dress wraps at the waist and then ties , I recommend to do this to the side, to allow the ruching to flow.
